No Such Thing as Can’t!

"Those who always do what they can do will always be what they are."

This quote from American industrialist Henry Ford (1863-1947) resonates deeply with us. Embracing challenges and growing from them—thanks to the diversity of our product range, the possibilities are nearly limitless.

This diversity has two compelling reasons:

On one hand, we grow with the ever-evolving demands that our customers’ products place on our research and development department. On the other hand, we’ve been fueled for decades by an insatiable drive for innovation, rooted in the endless possibilities of our nonwovens. Continuously expanding this immense potential inspires us every day.

The foundation of diversity is uniqueness.

For our customers, this means:

They can always rely on a competent partner by their side. From the innovative idea through the development and testing phases to full-scale production... we won’t rest until everything is perfect.

Naropur® | Narodur®

Naturally Versatile in Application

Two That Complement Each Other Perfectly

Naropur® is a pure natural fiber nonwoven fabric used in a variety of applications, such as landscaping, home textiles, and the food industry.

Additionally, Naropur® serves as a precursor for Narodur®, a natural fiber composite material with a thermosetting matrix that can be impregnated after the mat is produced. This transformation allows Naropur® to become Narodur®, which exhibits impressive properties such as high strength and remarkable rigidity while maintaining a lightweight structure. Narodur® meets the stringent requirements for load-bearing components in the automotive, shipbuilding, aerospace, and furniture industries both effectively and economically.

Naroplast®

Integrating Nature into Automotive

Everything Essential for Vehicle Construction

Naroplast® is the precursor for a natural fiber composite material with a thermoplastic matrix, which is already incorporated as fibers within the mat (hybrid nonwoven fabric).

After the pressing process at the customer’s facility, its advantages, such as high strength and impact resistance combined with low component weight, become evident.

With Naroplast®, even the highest demands in vehicle construction are met efficiently and economically (e.g., no hot tools required, short cycle times, one-shot process without adhesives, and the possibility to bond plastic elements using back-injection technology, etc.).

Vitratex®

Crystal Clear Advantages

Distinctive Versatile Product Features

Glass fiber nonwovens can be produced from 100% glass fibers or blended with other fibers such as polypropylene, polyester, or even natural fibers, solidified through needle technology.

Currently, nonwovens with blends of glass and synthetic fibers are available in a weight range of 200 g/m² to 2,500 g/m².

SkillCoat™

High Durability

Solutions for Exceptional Demands

SkillCoat™ is a nonwoven fabric made from polypropylene and/or polyester. Thanks to its specialized manufacturing process, it achieves exceptional tensile strength in the longitudinal direction.

Depending on the application, its weight ranges from 50 g/m² to 300 g/m².

SkillCoat™ products are ideal for use as filter media, protective and carrier materials for coatings such as roofing membranes, sealing membranes, and composites for impregnation, as well as carriers for conveyor belts.

Polytherm® / Duofelt® / Trifelt®

Lightweight Diversity

Low Weight, High Versatility, Many Options

The segment of acoustically effective fiber absorbers includes various types of predominantly bulky, thermally bonded nonwoven fabrics.

With their textile structure and lightweight design, they offer significant advantages over other sound-absorbing materials. These benefits lie in their high versatility and ease of modification regarding absorption design, spatial adaptation, shaping, and functionalization (e.g., self-adhesive coatings, hydrophobic treatment, edge sealing, etc.).

PolyPure

Air filtration media

Our new product line for filtration applications

The nonwoven filtration media made mostly from polyester fibers, are thermally and/or mechanically bonded for air filtration applications.

The basic weight for these products ranges between 60-600 g/m². Filter efficiencies can be achieved from ISO Coarse to ISO ePM10 > 50% according to ISO 16890.

  • PolyPure Pad for mat filters
  • PolyPure Pleat for needled / pleatable filter media
  • PolyPure Pocket for pocket filter media
  • PolyPure Paint for paint shop filters

Enhancing Acoustic Environments, Optimizing Work Conditions

Excessive noise levels, diffuse sound sources, and compromised quality of work and life are hallmarks of challenging acoustic environments. Our innovative solution not only effectively mitigates noise but also enhances aesthetic appeal.
